For Buyers

WHY WORK WITH US?

Paul & Joan Robinson

WE WILL SIMPLIFY YOUR HOME PURCHASE PROCESS AND GET YOU THE BEST HOME AT THE BEST PRICE.

Did you know that most real estate agents here represent the seller? We are different. When we show you a home that we have not listed, we serve as buyer’s agents, representing you, the buyer, and not the seller. This contrasts with most other salespeople and brokers who try to get the best price and terms for the seller.

LET US BE YOUR PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CONSULTANTS.

Our goal is to help you find the right property, negotiate the lowest price and best terms for you, and assist you with the complex purchase process of dealing with regulatory boards, zoning codes, financing, etc.

We can even work with you to show you other homes that you may have found elsewhere, including those listed by other brokers. There is no additional cost to you for our service, as the listing broker will share his fee with us. Let us be your personal real estate consultants.

WE HAVE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

We have bought and owned nineteen Hamptons homes and currently still own six in Southampton. We’ve done it all — personally, and for ourselves. From negotiating to financing, dealing with home inspectors and attorneys, building departments, zoning boards, planning boards, environmental conservation, ordinance inspectors, building and renovating…the list goes on and on.

We know what you need and how to get it done! Let us be your personal real estate consultants.
