Joan & Paul were first licensed over 35 years ago. They are experienced real estate managers, investors, and brokers dedicated to providing you with service that is professional, courteous and responsive. They are proud of the many professional recognitions they have achieved: the National Association of Realtors® ABR, CRS, CIPS, GRI, e-PRO, GREEN, RSPS, and SRES designations; the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations TRC; the CBR and ASP accreditations.

Paul is a former Village Trustee and served as Deputy Mayor, Chair of the Village Board of Assessment Review, and Commissioners of the local Fire Department and Ambulance Corps. Continuing to support their community, Paul & Joan donate 10% of their commission to a local charity every time they facilitate a real estate purchase or sale.
Joan received a B.A. and M.A. from SUNY Stony Brook where she was an art and sociology major. She is a gifted Accredited Staging Professional and has successfully furnished, decorated, and marketed numerous Southampton homes. Paul grew up on the South Fork where his father was an active real estate investor and licensed Realtor. He is a graduate of the Southampton Public Schools and received a B.S. from Cornell University with a specialization in marketing, and a M.A. from SUNY Stony Brook. Joan & Paul reside in Southampton Village, where they raised their two daughters, Polly & Sarah, who still live and work locally.
Together, Joan & Paul enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including biking, hiking, gardening and beekeeping. In the summer you will find them sailing, fishing and clamming our local waters. As lovers of travel, they delight in exploring new locales, savoring a variety of culinary delights, and shooting many photos.
