In selecting a home, the real issue comes down to location, location, location, the one component of a house that cannot be modified.  The Robinson Team can assist you with all phases of building your new home.  Their experience includes the process of working with architects, builders, landscapers, the Southampton Village Building Department, the Village Planning Board, the Village Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Village Board of Historic Preservation and Architectural Review.
