                                                  BEEN THERE, DONE THAT!

A CLEAN-UP AND A LITTLE STAGING
old
Since Joan and Paul purchased, renovated and restored their first historic home in 1975 until the present, the Robinson Team has been involved with all aspects of home purchase and ownership.  It is common in Southampton Village to find a house that you can make your dream home with a little tweaking.

new
The Robinson Team can help you identify your dream home -- a home that may not be recognizable to the inexperienced home buyer, who may be overwhelmed by the property owner's clutter, furniture, taste, or some other minor obstacle.

REMOVING A WALL AND ADDING NEW KITCHEN FIXTURES

oldSometimes, it takes more than a clean-up and some staging --  it may take a little more vision.  Sometimes a wall may need to be moved or a small addition added.  In the case of the kitchen on the left, by merely removing the archway and adding new kitchen cabinets, fixtures, and appliances, the Robinson Team transforment this "tired" 1930's house into a home to be proud of.

newIn selecting a home, the real issue comes down to location, location, location.  That is the one component of a house that cannot be modified.  The Robinson team can assist you here.  Their familiarity includes the process of working with architects, builders, landscapers and the Southampton Village Building Department, the Village Planning Board, the Village Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Village Board of Historic Preservation and Architectural Review.
